Production Process
Meltblown media have been a part of our product range. Compared with other bonding technologies operated by JM, it uses granules as the basic raw materials rather than fibers. In this process, the raw resin is melted and then spun out into extremely fine fibers using pressure and hot air. After cooling and depositing on a conveyor belt, these so-called filaments form nonwovens with extremely small fibre diameters, rendering them ideal for filter media demanding durability and high performance.

Application
● HVAC Air filter material:
It is frequently used to make prefilters, medium-high performance filters such pocket filters and panel filters, and air filters that conform with Ashare 52.2, EN779, and ISO 16890. It can be used for scientific masks fabric that meet the European wellknown EN14683, bacterial filtration effectivity (BFE) above 99%, particle filtration effectivity (PFE) above 99%, virus filtration effectivity (VFE) above 99%.

Packing & Storage
Packing: Standard export package.
Our melt blown non-woven fabric will be packed in rolls and protected by stretch films, and stick labels with all the required information including weight, width, item number, etc.
Storage: The product should be placed in the ventilated dry place where is not easy to insolate.
