High Performance PTFE Laminated Membrane

PTFE (fine powder resin) is expanded into a 3-dimensional web-like structure called ePTFE membrane which creates billions of microscopic pores.
This structure utilizes the inherent hydrophobic (water-resistant) and non-stick nature of PTFE to allow removal of particulate captured on the membrane surface.
The filter level is from F9-U15, which meets the international requirements such as EN1822, EN779 etc.

Advantages of ePTFE Membrane Products

1. Hydrophobic

The hydrophobic nature of PTFE promised its long-lasting unwetted status even be kept contacting with water or other normal liquids, and the open porous structure provides a wide range of pore size, 0.02um tp 10 um, ensuring the retention of bacteria, virus and particles is always effective while maintaining the excellent air permeability.

2. Low Resistance

The filtration efficiency reaches 99.9995% with high filtration efficiency, can meet the filtration efficiency level requirements of sub-efficient, efficient and ultra-efficiency air filter, better than other filtration materials

3. High Air permeability

Ultra-thin PTFE film can be made air permeable by controlled stretching. This process creates millions of micropores per sq cm offering a high air permeability.

Normally, high air permeability is considered to be related to lower dust collection efficiency. However, the micropore diameter in PTFE stretched film ranges from 0.1 µm to 10 µm. This is wide enough for air to pass freely but offers excellent dust particle collection.
