Microfibre Melt Blown Non Woven Fabric

We have included meltblown media in our offering. It differs from other JM bonding processes in that it starts with granules rather than fibers as the primary raw material. This procedure involves melting the raw resin, which is then spun into very tiny fibers under pressure from hot air. These so-called filaments cool and deposit on a conveyor belt, forming nonwovens with very tiny fiber diameters that are perfect for filter media requiring excellent performance and durability.

● HVAC Air filter material:

It is typically used as an air filter cloth and is also frequently used to create prefilters and medium-efficiency filters like pocket filters and panel filters that abide by the standards set forth by ASTM, EN, and ISO 16890. These filters are frequently used in vehicle air conditioning systems, central air conditioning systems, cleaning room purification systems, and other medium-high effectivity filtration systems.

● Face masks/ respirators material

Mask filter material, there are medical and labor insurance two series of products.

Medical mask material can meet the European standard EN14683, bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) above 99%, particle filtration efficiency (PFE) above 99%, virus filtration efficiency (VFE) above 99%.

The filter material of labor protection mask can meet European standard EN149, American standard NIOSH42 CFR-84, Japanese MOL standard and Chinese standard GB 2626 dust mask.

And it can be made into European standard FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, American standard N95, N99, N100, R95, R99, Japanese standard DS1, DS2, Korean standard KF94, National standard KN90, KN95, KN100, KP90, KP95, KP100 and other levels of protective dust mask and equipment.

Our melt blown non-woven fabric will be packed in rolls and protected by stretch films, and stick labels with all the required information including weight, width, item number, etc.

Storage: The product should be placed in the ventilated dry place where is not easy to insolate.
