Production Process
The plastic melt is spun out via a nozzle consisting of a row of several hundred pinholes. Hot air is released from both sides of the nozzle tip, causing the polymer streams to condense into very small filaments. These filaments are dragged onto a filter belt by hot air moving at a high speed. A melt-blown fleece with remarkable filtration and barrier properties is the ultimate result.

Application
● Face masks/ respirators material
There are two series of products for mask filter material, including labor and health insurance.
The EN14683 European standard, which requires virus, particle, and bacterial filtration effectiveness to be all above 99%, can be satisfied by materials for medical masks.
The filter fabric of work safety masks may comply with the widely accepted EN149 specifications in Europe, NIOSH42 CFR-84 criteria in the United States, MOL standards in Japan, and GB 2626 specifications in China.
And it can be made into European general FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, American general N95, N99, N100, R95, R99, Japanese preferred DS1, DS2, Korean popular KF94, National popular KN90, KN95, KN100, KP90, KP95, KP100 and different stages of defensive dirt masks and equipment.

It can be used to make mini-pleated filters, panel filters, and pocket filters that comply with the EN779, EN1822, and ISO 16890 standards and are frequently found in central air conditioning systems, cleaning room purification systems, car air conditioning systems, and other medium-high effectiveness filtration systems.
