Production Process
We have included meltblown media in our offering. It differs from other JM bonding processes in that it starts with granules rather than fibers as the primary raw material. This procedure involves melting the raw resin, which is then spun into very tiny fibers under pressure from hot air. These so-called filaments cool and deposit on a conveyor belt, forming nonwovens with very tiny fiber diameters that are perfect for filter media requiring excellent performance and durability.

Application
● HVAC Air filter material:
It is primarily employed as an air filter cloth and is more frequently used to create prefilters and medium-efficiency filters like pocket filters and panel filters that comply with Ashare 52.2, EN779, and ISO 16890. These filters are widely utilized in vehicle air conditioning systems, central air conditioning systems, cleaning room purification areas, and other medium-high effectivity filtration systems.

● Face masks/ respirators material
It may be used for scientific masks that comply with the internationally recognized EN14683 standard and have bacterial filtration effectiveness (BFE) levels over 99%, particle filtration efficiency (PFE) levels above 99%, and virus filtration effectivity (VFE) levels above 99%.

Packing: Standard export package.
