Production Process

We have included meltblown media in our offering. It differs from other JM bonding processes in that it starts with granules rather than fibers as the primary raw material. This procedure involves melting the raw resin, which is then spun into very tiny fibers under pressure from hot air. These so-called filaments cool and deposit on a conveyor belt, forming nonwovens with very tiny fiber diameters that are perfect for filter media requiring excellent performance and durability.

These filters are widely utilized in vehicle air conditioning systems, central air conditioning systems, cleaning room purification areas, and other medium-high effectivity filtration systems.

Packing: Standard export package.
