Melt blown fabric is a kind of non-woven fabrics, which produced by melt blowing, a conventional fabrication method of micro- and nanofibers where a polymer melt is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high speed blowing gas.
Filters made by this material could meet Ashere 52.2 Standard, EN779, EN1822. Merv series products are available for third-party tests

Application

● Air filter material:

It can be used to make pocket filters, panel filters, mini-pleated filters which meet EN779, EN1822, ISO 16890 and are extensively used in car air conditioning system, central air conditioning system, cleansing room purification area and different medium excessive effectivity filtration systems.

● Face masks/ respirators material

It can be used in mask production including BFE99, PFE99, FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, N95, KN95,KF94 which meets the requirement of different standard like GB2626-2019, EN149:2001, EN14683-2019, ASTM etc.

● Floor cleaning system filter material

It can be used as filter material for household and commercial vacuum cleaners.

● Household air purification material

It can be used as filter material for air purifier, humidifier and other household filter appliances.

Packing & Storage

Packing: Our melt blown non-woven fabric will be packed in rolls and protected by stretch films, and stick labels with all the required information including weight, width, item number, etc.

Storage: The product should be placed in the ventilated dry place where is not easy to insolate.
