Production Process

The plastic soften is spun out thru a nozzle, which consists of a row of numerous hundred pin holes. Hot air flows out on each facets of the nozzle tip reworking the polymer streams into very fantastic filaments. These filaments are drawn by means of excessive pace warm air onto a filter belt. The end result is a melt-blown fleece with specially appropriate barrier and filtration properties.
