Production Process

The plastic melt is spun out through a nozzle, which consists of a row of several hundred pin holes. Hot air flows out on both sides of the nozzle tip transforming the polymer streams into very fine filaments. These filaments are drawn by high speed hot air onto a filter belt. The result is a melt-blown fleece with particularly good barrier and filtration properties.

There are two product series for mask filter material: labor insurance and medical insurance.

Virus filtration efficiency (VFE) over 99%, particle filtration efficiency (PFE) above 99%, and bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) above 99% are all qualities that medical mask materials can fulfill according to European Standard EN14683.

Labor protection mask filters can be made to comply with EN149, which is widely used in Europe, NIOSH42 CFR-84, which is favored in the United States, MOL in Japan, and GB 2626, which is widely used in China.

Additionally, it may be produced into a variety of shielding dirt masks and equipment, including European popular FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, American trendy N95, N99, N100, R95, R99, Japanese preferred DS1, DS2, Korean preferred KF94, and National trendy KN90, KN95, KN100.

It can be used to make pocket filters, panel filters, mini-pleated filters which meet EN779, EN1822, ISO 16890 and are widely used in automobile air conditioning system, central air conditioning system, cleaning room purification field and other medium high efficiency filtration systems.

Packing: Our melt blown non-woven fabric will be packed in rolls and protected by stretch films, and stick labels with all the required information including weight, width, item number, etc.

Storage: The product should be placed in the ventilated dry place where is not easy to insolate.
