Production Process

The plastic melt is spun out via a nozzle consisting of a row of several hundred pinholes. Hot air is released from both sides of the nozzle tip, causing the polymer streams to condense into very small filaments. These filaments are dragged onto a filter belt by hot air moving at a high speed. A melt-blown fleece with remarkable filtration and barrier properties is the ultimate result.

There are two product collections for mask filter material: labor insurance and clinical insurance.

Medical mask fabrics can fulfill the European standard EN14683, which requires that they have virus, particle, and bacterial filtration effectiveness levels above 99%.

The filter material of labor protection mask can meet European standard EN149, American standard NIOSH42 CFR-84, Japanese MOL standard and Chinese standard GB 2626 dust mask.

And it can be made into European standard FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, American standard N95, N99, N100, R95, R99, Japanese standard DS1, DS2, Korean standard KF94, National standard KN90, KN95, KN100, KP90, KP95, KP100 and other levels of protective dust mask and equipment.

It can be used to make pocket filters, panel filters, mini-pleated filters which meet EN779, EN1822, ISO 16890 and are extensively used in car air conditioning system, central air conditioning system, cleansing room purification area and different medium excessive efficiency filtration systems.

Packing: Our melt blown non-woven fabric will be packed in rolls and protected by stretch films, and stick labels with all the required information including weight, width, item number, etc.

Storage: The product should be placed in the ventilated dry place where is not easy to insolate.
